Page count and writing work are agreed after review.

The scan may miss existing answers. It does not establish what customers ask without your input.

Fix Check which credentials, guarantees, profiles and dates are genuine and current. Correct or publish the relevant information. Deliverable Approved factual copy, working profile links and a record of the information updated. A recent year is only a proxy. No invented badges, credentials, reviews or history.

Form behavior and delivery need separate testing with permission. No unsolicited test messages are sent.

Website access and mobile layout Finding A website access check needs review, or a check missed HTTPS or a mobile viewport. Fix Diagnose the actual issue first. A scanner refusal may not affect customers. A viewport tag alone does not verify a usable mobile layout.

Crawler and robots-policy review Finding The assessed robots policy restricted one or more tokens checked by the rubric. Fix Review what each restriction is intended to do. Keep deliberate policies, and change only restrictions the owner agrees are unintended. Deliverable A written policy review and, if approved, a specific robots.txt change with verification. Training and access choices deserve separate decisions. Changes do not guarantee indexing or AI recommendations.
