INTERNAL WORKED EXAMPLE / FICTIONAL BUSINESS

A service inquiry that carries useful details

The design problem: a visitor needs to identify the right plumbing service, check coverage and ask for help without hunting through a generic contact page. This is a design brief, not a claim about a former client website.

What was built: the interactive plumbing concept connects service choices and coverage information to an estimate form. A visitor can choose a job and area, review the details and see a clear demonstration response.

Check it yourself: open the demo, choose Water heater repair and Central Tucson, and follow the estimate path. Change the example details, then preview the confirmation to see the sample receipt. No booking or message is sent.

Limits: fictional business and generated imagery. Local browser checks demonstrate the interaction; there are no measured client leads, sales or production inbox results. Real delivery and access would need separate approval and testing for your project.

The full assessment sample shows the separate evidence and reporting deliverable.

The result we work toward

Changes customers can use

Get found for the work you actually do

A clear Google Business Profile helps customers check your services, hours and contact options before taking the next step. Accurate details can help Google match the business to relevant searches. Position also depends on distance and prominence.

Explain services and coverage

Give visitors enough detail to recognize their job, confirm your service area and request an estimate. The aim is an inquiry with the information you need to respond.

Make the next step work

Customers should be able to call or send a request without hunting for a number or wondering whether their message arrived. We check the agreed contact path before handover.

How we check the work

  1. Customers can identify the right service

We check that the agreed pages explain your services, area and next step using information you approve.

  2. You can receive the inquiry

Phone links checked on mobile. If a form is included, a test inquiry checked at the receiving inbox before handover.

  3. You know what changed and what you control

Live page links, the completion checklist and details of who controls the domain, hosting and future edits.

Your quote specifies which deliverables apply.

From request to handover

  1. Daniel reviews the request and clarifies the problem and who can approve changes.
  2. The written quote names pages, deliverables, exclusions, access, price, payment terms and completion checks. Any ongoing costs or support need to be stated there.
  3. You approve the scope before work starts. Do not send credentials through this form; the access method is agreed separately.
  4. Review the agreed checks and changed pages at handover. Future edits and ongoing support are a separate scope unless your quote includes them.

The price follows the work

A small repair and a new website need different scopes. Your quote identifies the work, price, access needed, any ongoing costs and payment terms. You approve it before paying.

How the checks relate to customer decisions

These explanations connect the five factors to information customers may use. The score measures public information; inquiries and bookings need to be checked separately.

Reputation

Give customers confidence to call

Genuine customer reviews help people judge whether to trust you with the job. Ratings are earned through the service you deliver; website work cannot promise better reviews.

Findability

Help the right customers find you

Consistent business details and clear service areas help people and search systems connect your business with the work and location they need.

Content

Show customers you handle their job

Clear service pages answer what you do, where you work and what happens next, so visitors can decide whether to ask for an estimate.

Trust

Answer the doubts before the first call

Accurate credentials, clear business identity and stated terms give customers information to assess you. The scan checks what is published; it does not verify licenses or workmanship.

AI visibility

Help assistants read your business accurately

Readable business details give assistants information they can use to describe your services. This pillar measures legibility, not recommendations. Training-crawler access alone does not establish search eligibility.

Check inquiries after the work

Agree on a baseline and review period for the customer action you want to improve. With access to your own records, compare relevant inquiries and booked work. Profile call-button clicks and website clicks are useful signals; a click alone does not prove a completed call or sale.

The scope names what will be built and tested. Demand, competition, response time and the service you deliver also affect results. Revenue, search positions and AI recommendations are not guaranteed.

Before you request

What happens next

I check fit and may ask for details about access or the problem. If the work fits, your quote lists deliverables, price, payment terms, access needed and completion checks. We start by email; if a call is needed, we can arrange one. Submitting does not book work or authorize payment.

What you pay for

The changes and completion checks in your agreed scope. A score change alone does not establish that a repair is worth doing. Rankings and revenue are not guaranteed.
