What is covered

Before payment, we confirm the work, price and delivery date with you in writing. If we leave any agreed item incomplete, you can request a full refund of the amount paid for that package. You do not have to accept more work instead of a refund.

Your $99 upgrade credit

Upgrade to the $500 focused-fixes package within 30 calendar days of your $99 single-fix payment. We apply the full $99 already paid, leaving $401 to pay. The single fix counts toward the package’s maximum of three agreed issues.

The credit applies once, to the same business, after we confirm the combined scope. A refunded single-fix payment cannot also be used as credit. If the upgraded package qualifies for a full refund, we refund the amounts paid toward that package, including the original $99, without refunding any payment twice.

When to request a refund

Email us within 30 calendar days after we tell you the work is complete. If the work has not been delivered by the agreed delivery date, you can request a refund from that date and for the following 30 calendar days.

Any change to the scope or delivery date must be agreed with you in writing. If we need access, information or your approval to continue, we will explain what is needed and agree on a revised date with you.

How it works

Email team@mainstreetscoreboard.com with your business name, payment reference and the agreed item that remains incomplete. We review the request against the written scope and initiate eligible refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the request. Your bank may take additional time to post it. No refund processing fee is deducted.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers completion of the agreed work. Rankings, traffic, leads and sales are not conditions of completion. Extra requests outside the written scope are quoted separately. The free assessment requires no payment.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
