Information you provide
A quote request includes your business name, email, role, project goal and timing, plus any website and details you choose to provide. Google Apps Script handles that form. Daniel receives requests by email and keeps a private request log. A quote request does not subscribe you to marketing.
An assessment request includes your name, business name, website, email, role and optional follow-up choice. These details are used to check eligibility, prepare your assessment, send necessary report emails and answer replies. Follow-up is optional. Feedback stays private unless you separately approve the exact words and attribution for publication.
Public business information and reports
Assessments use Google Places and public website information. Assessment findings are dated observations. Private report links can be read by anyone who has the complete link. Please share them carefully. A report is not a prediction or a guarantee of rankings, leads or revenue.
Services that process information
Vercel hosts the website and report service. Neon Postgres stores assessment requests and reports. Cloudflare Turnstile checks assessment submissions for automated activity. Resend delivers assessment emails, and AgentMail handles replies. Google services process quote requests and business listing data. Service providers may keep their own operational and security records.
Browser storage and security checks
This website does not load the optional Vercel Web Analytics script or advertising trackers. Hosting and security services still process technical information such as IP addresses and request details. Assessment abuse controls use your IP address to check submissions and store a signed rate-limit identifier.
The assessment form uses a secure, HttpOnly receipt cookie for up to one hour to show the correct confirmation page. Browser session storage keeps a retry identifier to avoid duplicate requests. Session storage also remembers your page-motion preference. These features support the requested service. They do not establish ownership of a business.
Storage and deletion
Assessment requests, delivery records and reports currently have no automatic deletion schedule. No fixed retention period is currently published for quote requests. Expired confirmation links do not delete records. Contact Daniel to request access, correction or deletion. Please identify the request or report so it can be checked; do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
The stop-report-emails link suppresses report service emails to that address, including pending requests. It does not delete the request. A suppression record is retained to honor that choice.
