MAIN STREET SCOREBOARD
SMS Terms & Conditions
Main Street Scoreboard is based in Tucson, Arizona.
Last updated October 30, 2026.
What the program is
Main Street Scoreboard sends text messages for two reasons.
- Missed-call follow-up: if you call our business number and we cannot answer, you will hear a recorded greeting that says we will send you a text to help. We then send one text to the number that called. You can reply, and the conversation continues while you are replying to us.
- Service messages: if you request a free assessment or buy a service, we may text you about your report, your fixes, calls you asked to schedule, and, if you are a subscriber, your monthly recheck results. These texts are service messages, not marketing. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy anything.
How you opt in
Calling our business number and hearing the greeting is the consent for the missed-call text. For service messages, providing your phone number with your assessment request or your purchase is the consent. You can also text START to our number to opt in.
How often
One text follows a missed call. More texts may follow while you are replying to us. Service messages are sent when there is something to report about your report or your service, usually a few per month at most.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to end messages. Reply HELP for help, or write to team@mainstreetscoreboard.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
