Report request privacy

Daniel Burns uses your name, business details, website and email address to check and deliver the report you request, and to answer your replies.

Requests and delivery records are stored privately. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for these records or reports. An expired confirmation link does not delete a request. Anyone you share a report link with can read that report.

If you ask Maya about your report or Alex about an offer, your question and recent conversation are sent to Anthropic for an answer. Maya receives your report findings; Alex receives the selected offer and pricing, with no report attached. Both are AI guides represented by fictional avatars. Answers can contain mistakes. Reloading clears the conversation from this page, but does not delete Anthropic session records. Anthropic processes and retains session data under its service terms. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Cloudflare checks for automated submissions. Resend handles report email delivery, and AgentMail handles replies. The assessment uses public business and website information.

Optional follow-up email is a separate choice; leaving it unchecked does not stop emails needed for your requested assessment. The stop-report-emails link suppresses report service emails to that address, including pending requests. It is not a deletion request. A suppression record is retained to honor that choice. Feedback is private. Publishing any testimonial requires separate permission for its exact wording and attribution.

The assessment uses a secure receipt cookie lasting up to one hour and browser session storage for duplicate-request protection. Read the full website privacy notice.
